I wish to file a complaint stating that SWEPCO/AEP is continuing to
ignore the law as regards the Clean Air Act. They have altered the
surface by continuous movement of huge volumes of on site dirt. They
are permanently altering the surface of the proposed site with no
permit to build. They are crossing and altering the streams of
Arkansas with no permit. They are polluting the streams and water
bodies of our state by allowing sediments to flow off site and in to
the streams of Arkansas. They have poured concrete slabs, buried
piping and started forms of permanent construction without a permit.
I wish this complaint to be shown filed on the records of your office.
