Current Arkansas Air Quality

The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment - Office of Air Quality (OAQ) provides a comprehensive overview of two primary pollutants in our state: Ozone and Particulate Matter less than 2.5 microgram per cubic meter (PM2.5). Current NowCast readings are pulled from AirNow.gov. OAQ also provides hourly readings for Ozone and PM2.5 in two separate tabs. These readings are directly from our monitoring stations operated by OAQ. Automated readings are processed hourly throughout the day, starting at 01:00AM and ending at 11:00PM in Central Standard Time.
